Suzhou Golden-way Steel Tube Co., Ltd was established in 1992, restructured and merged with another steel tube enterprise in 2006, which is specialized in developing and manufacturing seamless stainless steel tube/pipe, with an annual capacity of 6,000 MT.
Suzhou Gold-way is a modernized company, has a complete set of manufacturing systems of stainless steel seamless finished products, starting from hot piercing, cold drawn to cold pilgering. The main manufacturing facilities include Cold-drawning machines, cold-rolling workshop, continuous solution heat-treatment furnaces, straightening machines and pickling equipments, etc. We also have the state-of-the-art testing equipments like Universal Test Machines, Impact testers, hardness testers, PMI protable Spectrum Analyzers, Metallurgical Microscopes and Metallurgical Analytical System, Ultrasonic Detectors, Eddy-current detectors, Hydrostatic Testing Machines, Endoscopes, Scanning electron microscopes, etc.
Suzhou Gold-way has strict quality management system. During the process of production, we adopt the full-process quality management ISO 9001:2008, inspect the material at each procedure. This strict management enable us to obtain various certificates: Manufacturing License of Special Equipment, CQC certificate, PED certificate, various shipbuilding certificates. Meanwhile, we are also qualified by both EPC companies and end users. |
