Located in Hubei Province of China, Hubei Fotma Machinery CO., Ltd is an enterprise that specialized in grain and oil processing machinery manufacturing and at the same time in grain and oil engineering designing, installation, commissioning and training service.
Our factory occupy an area more than 90,000m2, have advanced Manufacturing equipments over than 300 sets and more than 500 employees. We have the capacity to produce 2000 sets of varied rice milling or oil extracting equipment. Through years of scientific research and production practice, we have accumulated rice professional knowledge and practical experience, we can provide complete rice milling plant from 18t/day to 500t/day, and different kinds of machines like husker, destoner, rice grader, color sorter, paddy dryer, etc. We also start to develop the Parboiled rice milling plant and installed successfully in Nigeria in 2011. The main products of our oil equipment include oil expeller, pre-press screw expeller, low-temperature screw expeller, dry extruder for oil-bearing materials, wet extruder for oil-bearing materials, cooker, etc, as well as thecomplete set of equipment for oil-bearing crops pretreatment and pressing with capacity 5t to 1000t.
Through constant great efforts, Fotma has established a primary basis of modern management, and the systems of management computerization, information automation and scientific production control have shaped up. Now Fotma has gained the ISO9001:2000 certificate of conformity of quality system certification, and awarded the title of “High-tech Enterprise” of Hubei in 2004, won certificates for high technology enterprise at provincial level.
