The maximum roll force of our rolling mills in the hot rolling mill production can reach 4000 tons, and the width can reach 2.4 meters, both of which take the lead in our country. Our cold rolling mills are produced by Shanghai Tianzhong, Sloman in Germany and Luoyang Nonferrous Metals Designing Institution respectively. Our cut-edge accessory equipment such as gauge meters, tension leveling lines and slicers are produced by Beijing Clean Energy Innovative Science and Technology and Shanghai Tianzhong. In addition, we have 68 sets of high quality inspection equipment like spike spectrometers, pulling inspection machines and chemical examination equipment, all of which ensure the high quality.
Our products have all passed the successive evaluations of National Supervision and Inspection Centre of Construction Materials and National Light Metal Examination Centre, and have attained ISQ90001:2000 Quality Control System Certification and ISO14000 Environment Management System Certification.
