With over 80 talented engineers on staff, we are constantly issuing new products to meet the latest market trends. All R&D work is done in-house for consistent quality, from PCB development to hardware design. Our engineers constantly conduct laboratory tests on the performance of HOMSONIC products, stressing them to their limits and anticipating conceivable abuses. More routine tests include the evaluation of fit and tolerances, durability tests of hinges and handles, and "shake and impact" tests to insure the maintenance of product integrity during shipping. During the assembly of our HOMSONIC Home Appliances, our quality control representatives carefully monitor each product coming down the manufacturing line. In addition, a finished product is removed from that line every hour and carefully evaluated to see that every nut, bolt and wire is securely in place and every component is precisely assembled.
