Chuzhou Hongda Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is the largest scale private-operating enterprise for vacuum forming mould and foam mould for refrigerator, which was established in September 1996. It was certified hi-tech enterprise by the science and technology department of Anhui province. The total area of our company is more than 50,000sq.m. with 16,000sq.m. for the workshop. There are 200 employees, including 56 technicians and we have own more than 90 manufacturing equipments.
Our company depends on good reputation and quality and has been developing. Last year, the sales performance is more than 30 million.
The following items fall within the scope of our business activities:
vacuum forming mould, foam mould, injection mould for refrigerator, parts of structure and cover assemblies of cars.
We have been providing service for many domestic and foreign companies, such as Siemens, Meiling, LG, Kelong, Haier, Electrolux etc. We have exported our products to foreign market, like Vietnam, Italy and Canada etc. The overall technical level of our company was regarded as a leading domestic level, it was recognized the provincial science and technology committee. Some key technological indexes supply domestic gap.
Company own Honda Metal & Plastic Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary company, it has been operating in Oct. 2005, 7 kilometers away from the urban.
There injection factory is 6,000sq.m. with 100 employees. We brought ten injection machines and pneumatic assistant machines. We have one 480T machine, three 600T, one 750T, one 800T, two 1000T.
We can make any plastic injection parts, which are in range of 10g~11,000g. The max annual output can reach 100 million RMB. At percent is 30 million RMB.
The mainly products are various types of washing machine shell, TV shell, PC shell etc.
Now, the main customers are Meiling, Siemens, Midea-Royalstar, HuaRun brew house.
Our company’s technology is strong, has a troop, which has extensive knowledge in theory and rich experience in practice. We use software to design drawings by UG and Pro-e software.
