Founded in 1991, China Hubei PingAn Electric Material Co., Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of mica products in China. We manufacture and market a wide range of high-quality electrical and thermal insulation products including mica papers, mica plates, mica tapes, mica pipes, and mica seats with competitive price. Our products are well sold to Asia-Pacific region, the Middle East, North America, Latin America, Australia, and across European countries.
With its headquarters in Hubei China, the company is equipped with first-class R&D facilities, advanced management systems, and quality control systems. It has over 700 employees national wide and is ISO9000:2000, ISO14000, UL, SGS and TUV certified. With an annual production capacity of 10,000 MT of mica papers, 10,000MT of mica plates, and 900 MT of mica tapes, our company has developed itself as one of the leading players in the electrical insulation industry.
QA/QC Introduction
We have advanced and effective quality control systems. Product quality testing and inspection are two of the many methods we adopt to guarantee the quality of our products. By virtue of our qualified R&D experts and first-class equipments, we strive to produce perfect products to satisfy our customers.
We have over 30 R&D experts, 65 engineers, and 80 professional testing and inspection personnel. Most of our testing and inspection equipments are imported from reputed manufacturers and are compliant with ISO9001 standards.
1) Raw material testing: According to "Raw Material Purchased Specifications", all raw materials will be tested before being putted into the production line; unqualified materials are rejected.
2) Semi-finished product testing: According to "Testing Rules", all semi-finished products during manufacturing will be tested and inspected; the faulty products will be repaired or rejected.
3) Finished products testing: All finished products should be tested and inspected according to customers' requirements; all products must qualify before they leave the factory.
