Vietnamese mushrooms are producing by European advanced
techniques, so the main quality standard of mushroom, such
are: W, Protein, Lipit, Hydrat cacbon, Calo?or vitamin and
mineral substance contents (for example: nicotinic,
rhiboflavin, thiamil, avide ascocbic, canxi, photphoris? or
microogranism indicators are realized by processes of
mushroom inspection and by special inspection indicators
that customer requires.
By all our technique methods we realize work stages of
Italian and EU advanced mushroom cultivation technique.
Main substrate produce is sawdust of rubber tree and
snowbell added 12% corn and rice bran. The substrate is
held in small nylon bags and all of them are dried to
sterilize with high temperature (over 1000C) before
transplanting spawn. After transplanting spawn the nylon
bags are putted in bamboo/wooden racks in tents with palm
leaf cover. |
