· Option 3: against Stand-By Letter of Credit [SBLC]/Bank Guarantee [BG], irrevocable, transferable, and divisible.

Performance bond
· 2% to be submitted by seller for all destinations except Sudan and Egypt.

· Up to 5% could be submitted by seller for Sudan and Egypt ONLY.

Quantity: MIN 12,500 MT [Minimum twelve thousand and five hundred Metric Tons] (+/-5%).

· All above-mentioned prices(s) is/are valid for ONE SINGLE PORT contract. For more ports, confirmation of price(s) is/are required.

Procedure:
· Buyer sends an inquiry to seller.

· SOFT SALE OFFER by seller.

· Buyer, once, accepts SOFT OFFER, replies with Fresh LOI and BCL on his letterhead singed and stamped

· Seller issues FCO, draft contract and sanitized bill(s) of lading as a proof of his (seller) past performance.

· Once buyer accepts FCO, he signs and seals it and returns it back to seller along with his ICPO allowing for soft probe.

· Buyer reviews the draft contract then he returns it with his amendments and remarks, if there are any, to the seller for reviewing and approval. Once the amendments are approved, the seller will return back the draft contract signed and sealed to the buyer and the buyer should sign and seal it and send it to seller via fax or email.

· Seller issues Proforma Invoice for buyer.

· POP could be issued by seller at any time after signing the contract against POF [via SWIFT].

· The Final Hardcopy of the contract is to be exchanged by DHL or equivalent courier in a number of copies to be agreed upon between the two parties. The draft copy exchanged via fax or email remains enforceable till the exchange of the hardcopies via courier.

· For the PB issuance, the following shall be followed:

· For PB 2%, Steps from 10.1 till 10.9 are to be followed, following by the seller issuing a predict for the PB2%, followed by the Buyer issuing non-operative LC, followed by seller's operative PB to activate LC, OR

· For PB 5%, Steps 10.1 till 10.9 are to be followed, following by the buyer to issue pre-advice for the LC or LOR, following by the Seller issues non-operative PB5%, followed by buyer's operative LC to activate PB.

· Remark: the pre-advice for the LC is accepted as a POF.

· Shipping starts as mutually agreed in contract.

Remarks:
· No samples are given.

· Inspection is to be performed by SGS or equivalent World Class Inspection Body.

· POP shall be issued to buyer via SWIFT at any time as per buyer’s request after signing the Contract against POF or LC Pre-advice
