1. Arrange shipment to China ports
2. Exchange D/O when arrival notice is received
3. Prepare declaration documents - BL, sales contract packing list, invoice,
4. Declare CIQ (based on the supervision conditions, the cargo shall accept inspection and quarantine of CIQ)

8. Customs valuation (customs approves declared prices, or customs disproves declared customs and the importer have to pay taxes based on customs valuated prices)
