</strong></span>
</p>
<p>

<p>
The
material enters the inner layer of the rotary drum of the energy saving
dryer from the feeding device to realize downstream drying.
</p>
<p>
The
material is continuously copied under the inner plate, the scattered
material moves in a spiral way to realize heat exchange, and the
material moves to the other end of the inner layer and enters the middle
layer.
</p>
<p>
For countercurrent drying, the material is repeatedly
carried out in the middle layer in a two-step, one-step way. In the
middle layer, the material fully absorbs both the heat from the inner
cylinder and the heat from the middle cylinder, and at the same time
prolongs the drying time. The material is dry here.
</p>
<p>
The material
goes to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer
layer. The material moves in a rectangular multi-loop way in the outer
cylinder to achieve the drying effect.
</p>
<p>
Under the action of hot
air, the wet material which does not reach the drying effect can not
travel quickly because of its own weight. The material is fully dried in
the rectangular plate, thus the drying purpose is accomplished.

dryer has the advantages of strong anti-overload ability, large
handling capacity, low fuel consumption and low drying cost;

downstream drying method, the flue gas and the wet material enter into
the dryer from the same side, the high evaporation intensity can be
obtained by using the high temperature flue gas, the outlet temperature
of the dryer is low and the thermal efficiency is high;

to the different properties of materials, the operation parameters can
be changed, so that the materials can form a stable completely broken
fabric curtain in the dryer barrel, and the heat exchange is more
sufficient;

(4) The new feeding and discharging device put
an end to the phenomenon of feeding blockage, discontinuity,
inhomogeneity and recharge of the drum dryer, and reduce the load of the
dust removal system;

strengthens the cleaning and heat conduction of dispersed materials,
eliminates the sticking phenomenon of the inner wall of the cylinder,
and has stronger adaptability to the moisture and viscosity of the

thrust", which greatly reduces the wear of the retaining wheel and makes
