(1)    For the drive system, two schemes, i.e. direct current speed regulation and frequency conversion speed regulation, are available for the clients to choose, and the speed can be increased to 4.5r/min.<br />
(2)    Considering the requirements for increasing the productivity and speed of the new dry-method cement kiln and the obvious increase in kiln heat load and material load, the barrel at the burning zone adopts the high-quality boiler steel plate and its design is also optimized.<br />
(3)    The designs have been optimized for the drive parameters, intensity and service life of the <strong>rotary kiln</strong>. The small gear wheels adopt the 34CrNi3Mo materials which are of better performance and the big gear rings are subject to the intensified treatment in order to reinforce the stress performance ad service life of the gear wheels.<br />
(4)    The base plate is set between the drive tangential spring plate and the barrel in order to increase the drive area and mitigate the influences on the barrel's firebricks.
