For the die casting die, there is no essential difference between the traditional exhaust design and the vacuum exhaust design. Only the former is passive exhaust in the way of exhaust, and the gas is discharged by metal flow, which is called positive pressure ejection; the latter is active exhaust. That is, by using a vacuum device, the gas in the cavity is extracted with the injection, also known as the negative pressure ejection. As far as the exhaust effect is concerned, the correct application of vacuum exhaust will greatly reduce the gas content in the cavity.
