Dexamethasone&nbsp;is&nbsp;a&nbsp;steroid&nbsp;that&nbsp;prevents&nbsp;the&nbsp;release&nbsp;of&nbsp;substances&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;body&nbsp;that&nbsp;cause&nbsp;inflammation.<br />
