The drag chain has the following characteristics in construction


(1) the outside of the Cable Drag Chain is like a tank chain, which consists of numerous unit links. The links rotate freely.


(2) the inner height, outer height and pitch of the chain of the same series are the same, and the inner width and bending radius R of the chain can be chosen differently.


Link (3) the unit is composed of about chain plate and the cover plate, drag chain every day to open, convenient installation, without threading, open the cover plate after put cable, tubing, the trachea and conduit in the Cable Protective Chain.


(4) another separator can be provided to separate the space in the chain as required.


Make materials for reinforced nylon, it has excellent wear resistance, heat resistance and electric properties, high mechanical strength, self-extinguishing, good dimensional stability, use this material to make the drag chain wear resistance, resistance to protect the patient, widely application environment, long service life. 


 


Features:


1. The individual chain links can be connected by a snap connection enabling them to be joined to form a chain of any required length. 


2. Bridge type cable chain can be supplied with or without seperator to guide the cables. 


3. This Plastic Cable Drag Chain can be supplied with the lid hinges open,and various width are available for installation as long as it is the same series with the left-and-right link plate.The internal height will remain the same.


4. Due to the rigid jointed structure,the chain joint lock in the opposite direction.Enclosed wire can't bend more than fixed bending angles.


5. The left-and-right link plate can be added with button of various color for more beautiful appearance.


6. Enclosed Type Drag Chain can provide protection from dirt and debris, such as woodchips or metal shavings.


7. Material: Reinforced nylon(Flame retardant)


8. Operating temperature:-40℃(-40F)~250℃(482F)
