Flexible Guard Shield guard is made of high quality 2-3mm thick steel plate formed by cold pressing, which can also be made of stainless steel according to the requirements.A special surface polish will add value.We can provide the appropriate guide rail protection types (horizontal, vertical, inclined and horizontal) for all machine tool types.


According to the different running speed and guide rail, the protective cover structure we developed is also different.We have a polyurethane or brass slider running at a speed of 10m/min.At a moderate speed of 30m/min, we have a roller.In addition, a buffer system is needed between the drive plate, the chip scraper and the chip absorber.The purpose of the slider buffer system is to reduce collision, noise and friction.


The number of sections of the steel telescopic guide rail guard is important to its ratio, weight and operating characteristics.Each single section should be as long as possible, which can reduce the number of sections and reduce the cost.In general, the maximum and minimum compression ratios should be between 3:1 and 5:1.

But we can return the mould fee when order reach a specific quantity.

Answer: The sample expense and freight expense will be borne by the buyers, and will be returned in the following orders. 
Question 3: How long is normal production period for a 20-foot shipping container? 
Answer: Accoring to the current productive capacity, usually need 3-14 days from producing to delivery. (not including customized products) 
Question 4: What is the type of payment? 
Answer: Usually, you should prepay 50% of the total amount. The balance should be paid before delivery. (We'll send photos of product to you for checking before delivery) 
Question 5: How to guarantee the high quality?
