1. The product can be used for such locations where repciprocating motions are required so that internally installed cables,oil pipes,gas tubes and water tubes can be draged and protected.


 2. Each joint of the Cable Drag Chain can be opened up so as to facilitate repairs and maintenance. It gives low noises and is of antiwearing while running. Cable Carrier can also be operated under high speed.


3.   The Flexible Plastic Drag Chain has already extensively used in digital-controlled machine tools,electronic equipment, machinery for stone industry,machinery for glass industry,machinery for doors and windows,mould injectors,manipulators,lifting and transport equipment and automatic warehouses,etc.  


 


 


Material: engineering polyamide is used in the manufacturing. Cable Track is impact resistant with high strength and light in weight. It is suitable for quick movements. The sturdy structure makes it not liable to distort.

Structure:

Plastic Drag Chain looks like the tank chain drag chain, consists of a lot of link. Link is composed of the up and down or so four sections, each section can open, convenient installation, open the cover plate after put in the cable, tubing, the trachea, etc.


Material and Performance:


Material: Reinforced nylon, good toughness and wear resistance, acid and alkali resistant ability. 
Operating Life: Under normal use, up to 5 million reciprocating motion.

High: Select the built-in cable, tubing, the trachea and conduit maximum height for reference, the height of the drag chain at least 10% of the remaining space.


Wide: Choose the built-in cable, tubing, trachea, the sum of its outer diameter for reference, the width of the drag chain at least 10% of the remaining space

Answer: Yes, we accept products customization. Need mould fee, because products usually need extra mould cost.  
But we can return the mould fee when order reach a specific quantity.

Answer: The sample expense and freight expense will be borne by the buyers, and will be returned in the following orders. 
Question 3: How long is normal production period for a 20-foot shipping container? 
Answer: Accoring to the current productive capacity, usually need 3-14 days from producing to delivery. (not including customized products) 
Question 4: What is the type of payment? 
Answer: Usually, you should prepay 50% of the total amount. The balance should be paid before delivery. (We'll send photos of product to you for checking before delivery)
