The machine frame is steel-welded construction, vibration to eliminate stress, with high strength and good rigidity.Mechanical stop and steel torsion bar to maintain synchronization and high precision.Inch, single mode being designed for the machine and reversing and maintain time can be controlled by the time relays.Safe fence and electric inter locker have been designed for the machine to ensure the operation safety.The ram adopts hydraulic top-drive with two good quality cylinders, working smoothly and stable.The segmented punches of different length are designed which can be combined into a certain length according to the processing demand to meet the different requirement of special workpieces.Back gauge is driven by guide way, quick, convenient and accurate.The machine can be adopted with normal clamp devices or quick clamp as an option according to the customer's requirement to decrease the labors' work and increase work efficiency.


 


 


Production introduction


BLPS laser safety device provides protection zone near the die tip of the bender to protect fingers and arms of the operator in close to the upper mold die tip. It is the most effective solution so far to preserves the safety and productivity of the bender.

Consist of emitter, receiver, controller, transmission cable and power cable.

Application


Sensors can be used alone with the control system of the press brake. Three detecting beams provide six channels of OSSD outputs, and each detecting beam provides two independent safety outputs in the form of PNP.


Receiver outputs high level under the light-passing state and outputs low level under the light-shaded state. After the object which is blocking the detecting beam remoed, OSSD automatically turns to the ON-state.
