1. Epoxy floor paint is composed of water-based epoxy resin and curing agent. It is suitable for coating on floors, walls or ceilings that require cleanliness such as food factories, electronics factories, pharmaceutical factories, cosmetics factories, paper mills, logistics warehouses, and basements. The equipment can also be used in applications such as squares, corridors, and driveways where hardness and wear resistance are high. 
Epoxy Floor Paint with Solvent-free, Solvent-free Epoxy Floor Coatings Advantages: High adhesion to many substrates, Cured coatings with excellent corrosion and chemical resistance, Low film shrinkage, High hardness, Good wear resistance and excellent electrical insulation. 
Epoxy floor paint construction process: 
(1) Bottom treatment: Polish the loose layer, delamination, and cement residue to make it firm and flat, and add the adhesion of the floor coating to the ground. 
(2) Primer construction: After the epoxy shut-off primer has been set, it is roll-coated, squeegeed, or brushed to make it wet concrete and enter the concrete inner layer. 
(3) Middle coating construction: mix the middle coating material with adequate amount of quartz sand and mix evenly, and apply a flat, dense layer with a certain thickness with a trowel. 
(4) Topcoat and make-up: Use topcoat data with quartz fine powder coating, fill in the gap between large particles, and after solidification, use a dustless grinder to grind the ground. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and polish. . 
(5) Top coat construction: After the epoxy paint and curing agent are mixed evenly, it can be coated, brushed, rolled or sprayed to make it level and obtain a even and uniform surface coating.
