The original  corona Chair was designed and went into limited production in 1962. Both the elliptical design of the chair and its name were inspired by a time-lapse photograph of a solar eclipse. This stunning reproduction has the unmistakable look of the original 1962 design. The essential design is a rare combination of organic expression, ergonomics and technical streamlining. The four separate oval shaped upholstered shells meet your back at specific ergonomic zones, providing comfort and support to the body and the spinal column. Apollo has a spine of its own running down the back of the chair which joins the four shells together. The corona chair of  shells represent ribs and are attached to the spine embracing the ultimate design of human anatomy. The upholstery options are Top Grain Aniline leather or a wide range of Cashmere Wool Fabrics. The oval shells are heavily padded and made of moulded polyurethane foam. The frame and legs are made from pure Stainless Steel metal.It is the fashion Lounge chair in the modern life.
