<strong><span style="font-size:14px;">Application:</span></strong><span style="font-size:14px;">The arc shaped magnet are applied only in motors.brushless motors, DC motors, servo motors,big motors and small motors.</span>

<strong><span style="font-size:14px;">Grades :</span></strong><span style="font-size:14px;">N35, N38, N42, N52, N30SH,N45SH Neodymium magnets are all graded by the material they are made of. The number following the alphabet `N` is the magnetic power it reserved,The 52 of N52&nbsp;means its BH max is 52 MGOe. N52 is the highest grade of neodymium magnet.&nbsp;The letters M - H - SH - UH -&nbsp;EH&nbsp;-AH are refering to different working temperatures, M refers to 100 ℃,AH refers to 240 ℃.</span>

<strong><span style="font-size:14px;">Sintering:</span></strong><span style="font-size:14px;"> The ndfeb materials were processed in a sintering furnace under 800~1300 ℃ vacuum environments.</span>

<span style="font-size:14px;">Wire Cutting and Machining:The neodymium material blanks are with enormous dimensions,general cutting and wire cutting had been applying to processing them into specified dimension.Neodymium material is brittle and prone to cracking, improper machining might ignite the magnet. However,we could machining neodymium magnets with tolorances of +/-0.1,+/-0.07, +/-0.05, +/-0.03, +/-0.02...</span>

<strong><span style="font-size:14px;">Platings/Coatings:</span></strong><span style="font-size:14px;"> Neodymium magnets are&nbsp;mainly&nbsp;composed&nbsp;with Neodymium, Iron and Boron. &nbsp;The iron in the magnet will rust,&nbsp;It is preferable to protect the magnet from rusting with anti corrosion coating.The&nbsp;nickel&nbsp;plating&nbsp;is the most common surface treatment. Other platings that had been successfully applied are epoxy plating, zinc plating,phosphate treatment,silver coating, gold coating and more.</span>

<strong><span style="font-size:14px;">Magnetization and Temperature Demagnetization :</span></strong><span style="font-size:14px;">The procedure are processed with magnetization machine which have a magnetic feild ranged from 2~100 koe. N35~N52 neodymium magnets are&nbsp;low coercivity grade,which will&nbsp;begin to lose magnetism&nbsp;if heated above 80°C. High coercivity grade N30~33AH have a working&nbsp;temperatures up to 240°C.Do not heat neodymium magnets, when reach the curie temperature, the magnets will lost all the magnetism they retaining.</span>
