Product Detail

1.2 The molded male terminal or the male terminal which has been trimmed will appear in the form of a terminal tape. When the terminal strip is continuously placed in the machining tool, the terminals are crimped and separated from the terminal strip. In this case, the terminal And the edge of the terminal with the connection does not require plating.


2 standard terminal 
The material used in Section 10 for mechanical performance testing, plug-in terminal testing, and the standard terminals used in the Insert-Pullout test in Section 11 shall be non-plated brass, equivalent to the C26000 alloy 
2.2 The standard terminals used in the temperature and thermal cycling tests in Section 12 shall be tinplate or corrosion resistant steels, with a Rockwell hardness of 68 ± 5 at Rockwell 30T hardness.

The main process of CNC machining workshop are CNC turning and milling process ,which can produce varied typed of mechanical parts from small to big, and simple to complex, and often used raw materials include copper, iron, aluminum and stainless steel. We have in-house tool , die design and manufacturing capability, Wire EDM Machine and machining center are used to manufacture tool and die, like progressive dies or single process dies.
