Vertical lathe equipment(multifunction) is designed for processing disc type pump valve products. CNC vertical lathe equipment has fast processing efficiency,,high automatic and full digital control. CNC vertical lathes equipment is two coordinate (vertical Z X) two linkage control lathe machine. The lathe machine can be turning face, drilling,conical surface ,circular surface and taper thread. Vertical lathe equipments can be equipped with electric turret or special tool holder.

Structural features vertical lathe equipments:

1. The workbench and the workbench base adopt the whole cast symmetry structure. The spindle bearing adopts the high precision double row short cylindrical roller bearing. The worktable guide adopts the constant current static pressure guide rail and uses the constant temperature cooling. ensuring the machine has a high rotation accuracy and sufficient stiffness.

2 The column adopts gantry frame closed structure, through the finite element analysis and calculation to make the structure size and force state reach the best.
