Functions and features:
The robot, which contains a set of workstations by a TIG welding robot and two groups positioners combined with two sets of clamping positioning mechanism to weld. Robot uses OTC six articulated robots with high precision, high speed, greatly improves efficiency. It is sensitivity, reliability and low failure rate of the control system which make it convenient to operate and maintain.
Double work station and simple robot design allows the assisted time of loading and unloading parts coincides with the welding work, which improves the robot efficiency greatly. If there are new work pieces, just redesign the clamp on the positioner which can be used for welding new work pieces.
