3D Clamp Y-Z Auto wax injectors are designed for jewellery factory to produce different wax mold on the conveyor at the same time. It can automaticly adjust injecting centre to correctly aim at nozzle.

1> EXCLUSIVE CLAMP INSTRUMENT
Y-direction: it can automaticly adjust the degree of depth of injecting controlled by the data of clamp position. Longer mold, bigger the clamp position.
X&Z-direction: Injection centre aligned by ultimate smooth slide. Two direction slide enables rubber molds to alter their positions and easily find the centre of the nozzle to avoid mispositioning.
Z-direction: Electric lifting clamp together with this system can realize automatic operation and achieve different kind of rubber molds automatic applied in one continuous production process.
2> RFID reader
Each Silicone rubber stores digital parameters on a separate wireless reader sensor chip, the system is compatible with a strong match another machine parameters functions, other functions like induction principle wax injection machine can also be used directly, without the backup data capacity and system operation speed issue, a very time-saving convenience, and the chip can be put into use unlimited numbers of times. After the rubber is set with independent chip, any combination of parameter is feasible, fast and effective solution to any difficult wax injection workpiece.
