  Usage: Applicable to all kinds of rice and other single color gray model of granular material sorting. Sorting various kinds of rice, such as stalk rice, sticky rice, hybrid rice, black rice, and light yellow rice etc.

CCD color sorter Working principle
The color shades and light transmittance of materials will be confirmed by CCD camera shooting, and the range of light changes will be compared. If the range of a material is beyond the set value, it will be ejected by the high-pressure air nozzle.
The nozzle blast time is accurately controlled by sensory detection of flow velocity of in-chute material via correlation measurement method.
