Open mixing mill is the most widely-used equipment for production of rubber products.It's mainly used for mixing, sheeting, plasticating and heating the rubber etc.

Frame, frame cap and base, looking very nice, are welded and treated by annealing for stress relieving.
Features
1.Chilled alloy cast iron roll is abrasion resistant with long service life.Smooth surface is highly polished and scratches on proof by cutting knife: high hardness and wear-resistant;
2.There are two kinds of main bearings for option: bearing or Nylon bush;
3.The roller is a hollow structure, which is for adjusting the temperature of the rollers by steam or cooling water in term of different request. Circulation of steam and cooling water is provided through the rolls to control the temperature;
4.The machine is also equipped with an emergency device, when an emergent accident happens, just draws the pull rod and the machine will stop immediately.It is safe and reliable.
This open mixing mill is mainly used in natural rubber refining, raw rubber and compound materials.
