Product Detail

ZE-QB Dual Seal Skirt Board is used to keep material on the conveyor belt, which can be installed at the bottom of the conveyor skirt by a set of clamp units. Conveyor skirt board helps to reduce material spillage and provide a positive dust sealing effective.

1.With double layer structure.
2.The skirt board can be installed on the bottom of the belt conveyor feed channel by a set of quick pressing device(butterfly nut type or handle type) .
3.Double sealing layer structure, the inside layer is used to avoid material spillage,the outside layer is used to prevent dust fly around.
4.A polyurethane wear layer is adhered on the part surface where may touch the belt to lengthen the service life and avoid belt damage.
5.The pressing device make installation more convenient and faster.
