Product Detail

A 2-3mm abrasion & corrosion alloy coating is casted on the inner surface of the barrel. In this way, the effective service life can be greatly extended comparing with nitriding barrel. It is especially good to make engineer plastic, polysulfone, PPO, PVC etc.. The Tungsten percentage in the alloy in increased to 30%, even to 50%, from 10%. The maximum processing length is increased to 6000mm from 4000mm.
Instead of PTA bimetallic alloy treatment for screw face, new spring technology high pressure speed(HP/HVOF) can fully coated the surface. WPT1 corrosion resistant alloy is used for Nylon, PVC, PC, PMMA etc.. WPT2 abrasion/high temperature resistant alloy is used for Nylon Glass Fiber, Magnetic Powder, Aluminum-magnesium powder, bakelite injection machines. WPT3 is abrasion/corrosion/high temperature resistant.
