Products Introduction:

The machine are comprised of Variable speed of sound pressurized heat exchanger,temperature control system,water supplement system,test and control system ect.. The user only need to connect water pipe/ return pipe,steam pipe,supplement water pipe and power.

Features:

1.Automatically control the temperature .
Installing electric temperature control device on the steam pipe,the user can set the water supply tempurature.Installing temperature sensing device on the heat exchange pipe export,the temperature sensing device conduct temperature signal to electric control system,then electric control system control the steam input through electric control device.

2.Control water inflow.
Installing flowrate regulating device on the water pipline,the user can set the heated water flowrate as requirement,ensure stable water inflow in the range of pressure change.

3. One-touch control button.
Installing electric control button on the water and steam pipe, when need hot water, just only touch "turn on" button, the system begain to operate as preprogram. When turn off, just only touch "turn off"botton, the syetem begain to turn off as preprogram.

4.Identification water level,automatic operation.
Installing automatic recognition hydraulic device to control switch as per liquid level.When the liquid level is low,the sensing device conduct signal to control system,then open the button of water and steam pipe.When the liquid level is high,autimatically turn off.

5. overtemperature alarm + power failure protection,operation security.
When the heat temperature is too high,temperature sensing device conduct overtemperature signal to electric control system,the Alarm device send out sound-light alarm,and water-steam control button turn off .When the steam pressure is low,pressure sensor conduct signal to control system,then the system turn off.

6.Showing system operating pressure and temperature variation.
Installing temperature sensing device on the flow pipe,the pressure sensor is installed on the steam and water pipe,and the liquid-level sensor is installed on the water tank, the pressure ,temperature and liquid level change information will show on the LCD screen in any time, the operator can easily master the operating state.
