Keysun 113 VCI resin is the necessary material to produce VCI film for Ferrous metal parts ,its additive ration is 7%-7.7%.

KEYSUN 113 VCI Master-Batch is a specialty anti-corrosion PE Additive to produce kinds of specifications VCI fim for Ferrous metal parts. We melt Keysun-113 VCI masterbatch together with PE masterbatch according to the ration at certian temperature. And then we use extruder machine to extrude them into VCI film which is used to pack kinds of ferrous metal parts to protect them from rust and corrosion.

We use Keysun-113 VCI masterbatch to produce VCI film. The VCI film is just used to pack Ferrous metal parts to protect them from rust and corrosion.

KEYSUN 113 VCI Master-batch is a Nitrite-Free anti-corrosion master-batch just designed for ferrous metal .

The VCI film which is produced with Keysun-113 VCI masterbatch is used to pack ferrous metal parts , the volatile corrosion inhibition will volatilize in the inclosed environment, the corrosion inhibition particles will adsorb on metal surface to form protive molecular cover wich can eliminate the possibility of contact with water and oxygen. Thus to achieve the anti-rust goal.

When you require other colors , you can add the color masterbatch in VCI masterbatch during production.
