The tube furnace can create various thermal gradient by adjust two zone,three zone,five zone temperature. It is an excellent furnace for preparing functional materials under thermal gradient, and also can be used for epitaxial film growth by CVD or PVD with a vacuum system.
The multi-zone tube furnace can be fast heated up to 1200c.It can be used for annealing,diffusing and sintering samples in various atmosphere.
