Product Introduction

Blade is the major ground engaging working part of grader,mainly used to extensive smoothing operation,joint by end bit bolt with the grader.Accoring to different application situation,grader blade consists of curved edge and flat edge;each shape is made of two different materials with different hardness.
Grader end bit is two protectors installed by two sides of the grader blade,used to touch the ground,also protect the shovel.The new designed grader end bit can be two-side replaced once the single side be frayed so as to extend its life.

Performance Introduction
Curved edge can be made of two different materials,here are the mechanical properties:
High Carbon Steel:
Hardness:HB280
Tensil strength (Rm N/mm): 1100,
Elongation (A%): 6.5, Impact test (AKV Joule): 4.5

Boron steel:
Hardness:HB480
Yield strength Yied (Re N/mm): 1550, Tensil strength (Rm N/mm): 1750,
Elongation (A%): 9, Impact test (AKV Joule): 30

Curved end bit can be made of two different materials,here are the mechanical properties:
Manganese steel:
Hardness:HB360
Yield strength Yied (Re N/mm): 890, Tensil strength (Rm N/mm): 1050,
Elongation (A%): 13.5, Impact test (AKV Joule): 80

Boron steel:
Hardness:HB480
Yield strength Yied (Re N/mm): 1550, Tensil strength (Rm N/mm): 1750,
Elongation (A%): 9, Impact test (AKV Joule): 30

All the products with non-human factor breakage would be replaced.
Meantime,Special Serrated grader blade and Tungsten Carbide grader blade are also offered.The surface hardness of Tungsten Carbide grader blade can reach HB700.
