- General description:
Standard structure type:
OH1: Foot-mounted, radially split horizontal single-stage overhung pump.
OH2: Centreline-mounted, radially split horizontal single-stage overhung pump.
OH3: Vertical in-line single-stage overhung pump, with separate bearing brackets, flexibly coupled.
OH5: Close-coupled vertical in-line single-stage overhung pump, with impeller mounted directly on the motor shaft, self-priming function available.
BB2: Radially split horizontal single-stage between-bearings pump, balanced suction or dual suction available.
BB4: Single-casing radially split horizontal multistage between-bearings pump, also called ring-section pump, segmental-ring pump or tie-rod pump, with even symmetry arrangement or axial symmetry arrangement for the best purpose of eliminating axial force, and non balancing drum design for high power efficiency.
VS2: Wet pit (submerged), vertically suspended single-casing volute pump with discharge through the column.
VS4: Wet pit (submerged), vertically suspended, single-casing volute line-shaft driven sump pump.
VS5: Wet pit (submerged), Vertically suspended cantilever sump pump.
Fully casted closed impeller dynamically balanced to ISO 1940-1 grade G2.5.
Replaceable wear rings.
API 682ISO 21049 standard cartridge type single or dual shaft sealing system equipped.
Seal flush conformed to API 682/ISO 21049 standard plan and specified by clients.
Piping and appurtenances in accordance with API 614/ISO 10438.
Suction and discharge flanges in compliance with ANSI B16.5 or specified separately.
Jacketed bearing housing available.
Cooling water and lubrication system (if used) as per API 610/ISO 13709 Annex B.
API 670 standard or customized vibration and temperature detecting system available.
Coupling in accordance with ISO 14691, API 671 ISO 10441 available.
Non-sparking coupling guard available.
Coupling, bearings, seal and rotor are removable without disturbing the motor or the suction and discharge piping (Back pullout design).
Motor terms defined by customers.
Other features:
Dual volutes design for low radial force effect (while discharge bore more than 3 in or 80 mm, except multistage pumps.), SKF or other high performance bearings equipped.
- Note: User-defined (non-standard) parts are available (e.g. not the API 682 standard mechanical seal but a dynamic expeller and static packing combined seal system, semi-open or open Impeller, etc..).
