*The features of brazing machine
1.The low voltage power supply adopt SCR AC voltage regulating and steady voltage device with microcomputer control, not only energy saving, but also reduce pollution to power grid. Phase-locked frequency division, when the system frequency changes, it can automatic tracking; When stop heating, automatic blocking pulse, transformer stop working and no no-load loss, electricity consumption is decreased greatly, reduce electricity charge.
2.Preheating, heating, cooling, this three process automatic conversion, the time and temperature of heating and cooling can setting and adjustment at discretion. Work station control can single or double, automatic switching.
3.Hydraulic transmission system, no mechanical collide, stable operation. The work station use line round trip move mode, so simple and reliable mechanical structure, convenient use.
4.Water - water heat exchange system, plate heat exchanger, high heat transfer efficiency, small floor area. Pipeline use new polyethylene aluminum composited pressure pipe, convenient installation, not rust.
