Direction

For hot pack
Remove "Ladapa" aromatic pack from plastic bag or aluminium foil and put in microwave oven for 1 minutes at maximum heat.
Place the hot "Ladapa" on the desired part of the body for example on shoulder, neck, knee, thigh etc. In case it is too hot, place cloth or towel between the hot pack and the body.
Repeat this process as many as desired.
To preserve longer life time, put the pack back in the plastic zipper bag after cool down.

For cool pack
Keep in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
Place the cold "Ladapa" pack on the part of the body that you desire.
Repeat this process as many as needed.
To preserve longer life time, put the pack back in the plastic zipper bag after use.
