1, Characteristics
1) ZYC series hydraulic static pile driver, is a kind of eco-friendly foundation equipment, features with no noise, no vibration, no pollution, high piling efficiency, and excellent quality.
2) Clamping and hold one prefabricate concrete pile, H pile or other special steel pile using hydraulic static pressure. Then, press it into the ground base.
3) The piling driver is composed of clamp, pressuring mechanism, piling driving unit, lifting unit, hoisting unit, hydraulic system, and electrical system and so on. It has the functions of piling hoisting, piling driving, traveling and steering.
4) The machine is convenient to press concrete spun pile, square pile , H pile , and other precast pile at the site of clay, soil and sand.
5) The technology of our clamp mechanism is unique:
Clamp the pile with balanced pressure from multipoint directions; completely avoid the unbalanced pressure due to the inflexible design of traditional clamp systems, Suitable for the thin-walled piles.
Compared to the traditional clamp systems which uses the wedge to increase the pressure, our clamp mechanism has the function of protection-including no easily damaged parts, which lowers the costs and extends its service life.
