INTRODUCTION

Insulation Glass were made by two pieces of plate glass separated by intervals box to form a cavity. All around the cavity were sealed by adhensive, then inflated dry air and filled with zeolite as Desiccant.

Because the advantage of good Insulation, Soundproofing, Anti-condensation, Anti-cold radiation, Easy construction, Insulation glass were used widely in door, window, curtain wall, skylight in industry and cival building of effective energy-saving.

SPECIFICATION

Insulation Performance: Thermal Conductivity of Insulating Glass is lower than Ordinary Plate Glass, so the building used Insulating Glass could conservate energy.

Anti-Condensation Performance: Thermal resistance of Insulating Glass is bigger than Ordinary single glass, which could lower the condensationw point. The Desiccant in insulation layer could absorb moisture , so compartment dew will not appear.

Noise Reduction Performance: The Thickness of glass and compartment affect the perfoamance of noise reduction. Insulation glass could reduce the noise by 30-40db, which is better than ordinary glass.
