Description,
The nitriding process of this furnace carries on in black vacuum. Furnace pressure and atmosphere change automatically, thus atmosphere in the furnace retort can keep fresh, active and uniform. All above can lead to a good speed of nitriding. Leak tightness of such furnace is very good. The remnants of ammonia gas will be treated and discharged after having been pumped to a closed tank. There is FeSO4 in the tank. When ammonia gas meets it, they will create a chemical reaction. Their generated compounds will not pollute the air.
