Polyethylene foam sheet (film), also named as pearl cotton, is a kind of new-type packing material with the features of dampproof,shockproof, sound insulation, heat preservation and good plasticity. It is an ideal substitute of traditional packing materials and used widely in the packing of electronic product-commodity, glass, pottery, electrical household appliances, spraying, furniture, hardware product, toy, etc.

1. Loading automatically, alarming automatically without materials.
2. Adopt Italy talcum powder automatic loading equipment. Controlled by double screw frequency conversion which make the talcum powder inject steadily and accurately.
3. It adopts circulating water cooling method to cool quickly and make the temperature steady and accurate.
4. The die screen changer is international famous brand-jingcheng. Hydraulic equipment adopts import electromagnetic valve and motor which can change the net quickly and without leaking materials.
5. The die pressure adopts diaphragm manometer and equips with die temperature display to guarantee the stability of the sheet quality.
