Our elevator buckets are available in HDPE, Nylon, Urethan, Carbon Steel, and stainless steel. Different bucket types and sizes for your choice. Bucket drilling is provided free of charge as per your request. Venting can also be provided at the minimum cost.

Plastic Bucket Types:
1. D type Plastic Elevator Bucket
1). Made from Prime Virgin HDPE, Nylon, Urethane
2). Thicker leading edges for increased abrasion resistance.
3). Reinforcing ribs for greater structural integrity.
4). Optimum discharge angle.
5). Larger water level for higher capacity.
6). Bucket "NEST" together for lower freight cost.
This bucket type is suitable for high speed centrifugal discharge with the velocity equal to or less than 2.5m/s.

2. S type Plastic Elevator Bucket
Our S type Plastic bucket feastures as follows:
1). Material: Prime Virgin HDPE, Nylon, Urethane
2). Thicker leading edges for increased abrasion resistance.
3). Reinforcing ribs for greater structural integrity.
4). Optimum discharge angle.
5). Larger water level for higher capacity.
6). Bucket "NEST"together for lower freight cost.
This bucket type is suitable for high speed elevator or light bulk material lifting with the velocity between 2.5~3.5m/s.

3. EU type Plastic Bucket
1). Suitable for high speed elevator or light bulk material lifting
2). Recommend minimum bucket spacing: width of the bucket projection "B"+25mm, which can be appropriately reduced according to elevator capacity requirement.
3). Recommended elevator velocity equal to or less than 3.3m/s;
4). Recommended using Z-Y+5% as usable capacity for engineering purpose.

4. DS Deep Bottom Plastic Bucket
1). Suitable for high speed centrifugal discharge;
2). Recommend minimum bucket spacing: width of the bucket projection "B"+25mm, which can be appropriately reduced according to elevator capacity requirement;
3). Recommended elevator velocity equal to or less than 2.5m/s;
4). Recommend using "Z-Y+10%" as usable capacity for engineering purpose

5. DQ Shall Bottom Plastic Bucket
1). Suitable for high speed elevator or light bulk material lifting;
2). Recommend minimum bucket spacing: width of the bucket projection "B"+25mm, which can be appropriately reduced according to elevator capacity requirement;
3). Recommended elevator velocity equal to or less than 3.5m/s;
4). Recommend using "Z-Y+5%" as usable capacity for engineering purpose

6. DW Bottomless Plastic Bucket
1). Suitable for high speed centrifugal discharge;
2). Recommended minimum bucket spacing: Buckets spacing in one group is "C" + 1mm; Bucket spacing between the group is Bucket Projection "B" - Height of the back wall "C" + 25mm;
3). Recommended elevator velocity equal to or less than 3.5m/s.
4). Recommend using "Capacity(L)" as usable capacity for engineering purpose.

7.DM Low Breakage Plastic Bucket
With unique discharge, the material from the latter bucket flows along teh runner of the base of the former bucket and comes into the discharge outlet. The material is discharged slowly and gently, thereby reducing the broken percentage in the process of material elevating.
1). Suitable for low speed gravitational discharge;
2). Recommend minimum bucket spacing: the height of the bucket back wall "C" + 2mm;
3). Recommended elevator velocity: 0.5~0.8m/s;
4). Recommend using "Capacity (L)" as usable capacity for engineering purpose

8. DL Inductive Plastic Bucket
It's suitable for chain elevators mixed by vertical and horizontal transmission. It's widely used in the seed and food processing industry. Material: ABS, Nylon
