We're proud to say that we're the foremost and professional manufacturer in China of the helicoid screw flight. We have a production capacity of more than 5000 tons annually. Now we have two types of helicoid flights, one is the Endless Cold Rolled Screw Flight (inner edge is thick and the out edge is thin); the othe type is Sectional Screw Flight (same thickness in both inner edge and outer edge). We're ISO9001 certified enterprise.

1. Endless cold-rolled helicoid spiral
Our endless cold-rolled spirals have good rigidity without welding line on the surface. We can manufacture the spirals with the outer diameter ranged from 90mm~600mm, inner diameter ranged from 25mm~350mm and blade thickness of 3.5mm, 5.0mm and 6.0mm.

Material: high quality carbon steel Q235

Manufactured by our special technology, our endless cold-rolled spirals have the following features compared to traditional spirals:
1) Good smooth finish, uniform shape and high precision. It's conducive to
material conveying, reduce the product damage, and to increase the transporting efficiency.
2) Easy installment, improve the work efficiency and reduce the production cost.
3) Under the physical and chemical surface treatment, the spirals enhances the
anti-rust property and improves the appearance of screw conveyors.
4) After cold rolling, the spirals will be hardened, which will enhance greatly
the rigidity and the wear-resistance, say by one time. The HB value is 240.

2. Sectional screw flight
1. We manufacture thousands of different combinations of Sectional Screw Flights with inner diameter above than 40 mm, outer diameter less than 1200 mm, 200mm to 900mm in pitch and 3mm to 25mm in thickness. Special size can be made by customer's request. We'll continue to develop the bigger size with outer diameter less than 2400mm, inner diameter above 140mm and pitch within 1200mm. For sectional screw flight, it can be made into different forms as follows:

* Right or left hand helix

* Tapered OD and/or ID

* Variable Pitch

* Notched flights

* With supporting board in the inner hole.

Sectional screw flights can be made in different material: carbon steel (Q235, Q345), manganese steel and stainless steel.
