Product Detail

Our PP, PS Sheet Extrusion Line is mainly designed for stationery use: photo album and file making. If requested, 2 -layer co-extrusion design is also available.
1.Automatic design is employed. With auto loader,hydraulic quick filter exchange. Hydraulic calander and haul roller.
2.Both screw and cylinder are of 38 CrMoALA + nitride + fine treatment.
3.In comparison to overseas design, diameters of both screw and cylinder enlarged from D100 to 120 mm. L-D ratio: 32:1 to insured better curing, better transparency and higher production capacity.
4.T-die employed double-flow saving design and with cast calander, with oil cylinder for bidirectional alignment to insure accurate sheet thickness.
5.Forming calendar is equipped with double-loop heating cooling system. And with microcomputer control. Emboss roller (optional, not included) is heated with hot oil for circulating heating. Smooth roller is cooled by water.
6.OMRON temperature control and temperature error of the whole curing process is within +- 0.1 degree.
7.Winding station employed top torque motor. With 4 reasonable winders. Equipped with autoamtic tension control system and tension and speed are freely adjustable. With inline slitting devices and widths are adjustable. With meter counter for product length setting.
8.Sheeting station: Adopted PLC control. Precisely control sheet length and quantity. Length accuracy: +- 0.2 mm.
9.Drawer type cabinet.
