Description:
Silver Mirror is produced by coating a silver film, a copper film and two layers of waterproof paint on the back of float glass, which add a feeling of depth to any room. Common method of mirrored or silvered glass manufacture is the " dual coat" method. This involves coating clear or tinted glass with silver and then layering protective coats of copper and coats of paint which help protect the mirror from attack by corrosive substances and physical abrasion.
