Product Detail

The pipe used High Density Polyethylene(HDPE) as main contents, and the materials via the first extruding machine extruded out rectangular pipe to twined forming machine. Meanwhile, the second extruding machine sprayed out adhesive tape, formed with combined extrusion. Acorrding to different usage conditions, the ring stiffness can divided into 4 levels, maxinum reach 16KN/M2. It can adapt the acid-base liquid below 10%.

It has many advantages such as long-lived(50 years), light in weight, anticorrosion, high flow capacity, easy installation. It can instead of the pipes made of highly energy-consuming materials such as cement, cast iron, ceramics and so on. They are widely used in drain pipe of highway, urban construction, residence community, playground, square, mine, agriculture, culvert, bridge and so on.
