Use: phosphine phenanthrene kind annular phosphate ester is the organic phosphorus heterocyclic compound. It has high thermal stability and antioxidation and outstanding water resistance, is a kind of reactive type and additive type flame retardant. It mainly is used in polyester fibre, polyurethane foam, thermoset resin and bonding agent. It has better flame retardant property than other common phosphate ester.
1. Fiber
PET is a common polyester, is widely used in the raw material of synthetic fiber and engineering plastic. But its inflammability limits its application, so carry on the flame retardant modification can improve the polyester's flame resistance. DDP is a new type flame-retardant agent, can be used for copolymerization combination. The modified polyester has hydrolysis resistance, when burning, can speed up the molten drop phenomenon and play the flame retardant effect. It has outstanding flame retardant property, limiting oxygen index is T30-32, low toxicity, low pungency to skin, can be used for the interior decoration of automobile, steamship and high quality hotel, for the national defense war industry and special type labor protection appliance.
2. Bonding agent
Add DDP into the polyester bonding agent can become the flame retardant polyester bonding agent with good stability, heat-resistance and fire resistance. It also can play good adhesive bonding effect when be used as the solvent.
