The close mold with two steps control make no damage to the mold, materials are injected by two step pressures and fast speed all of the mold by prorated injection pressure with independent control system to produce standard quality.
The rotary driving used oil pressing motor, and its free control noiseless for material supplying speed. All material supplying capacity is controlled by computer, its always with standard material supplying capacity.
The machines capacity for general shoes is 180 pairs 1 hour.
