Characteristics

1Both the spiral shell pole , and the material tube adopt 38CRMOALA alloy steel. Processed by nitrogen, the hardness is high, and strong , durable in use and able to bear corrosion

2Mould head is plated with hard chromium, and its structure is spiral core axle type. The output material is even, and the membrane smooth and bright .The air- cooled device structure is the maze type,and the wind amount appears evenly.

3Roll fetch device adopts pressure charge or the center charge .and it adopts electrical machinery to regulate, rubbing smoothly and a changing rolls conveniently.
