1.Conical Twin-Screw Extruder
SJSZ series conical twin-screw extruders with appropriate screws, dies and other
auxiliaries can directly convert thermoplastic, especially RPVC powder, into pipes,
plate sheets, films and profiles, and also modify and pelletize.

The extruders are driven by a DC motor with a thyristor to steplessly regulate. They
are also equipped with overload protection and stoppage alarms. The screws core
and the outside of barrels are cooled by the circulation of oil. The functions
include vacuum venting and forced feeding.
2.single screw extruder
This set can be used for extruding thermo-plastics including soft and hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polystyrene (PE). Coordinated with the appropriate auxiliary machine, (including the head of former), it can produce many kinds of plastic products; including film pipes, boards, braids, belts and granules.

This set is with advanced design, high output, good plasticization and low energy consumption. The gear driving is with low noise, stable operation, large bearing capacity and long usage life.
