1.PVC Pipe Production Line:
Features:
1) Extruders with different specifications, combined with different auxiliary
machines can produce pipes with diameters ranging from 16mm to 800mm
2) The production line has different specifications of cone double-screw-stem
extruders with corresponding vacuum sizing, spray cooling, drawing, cutting
and other auxiliary machines to produce different diameter PVC water-supply
pipes, blowing tubes, chemical pipes and other pipes
3) The production line features advanced design, high automation, large
extruded volume, steady performance and convenient operation

2. PE / PP / ABS Large Aperture Pipe Production Line
The production line has single-screw-stem extruder of different screw-stem
diameters and it is equipped with corresponding vacuum sizing box, spray
cooling, drawing, cutting and other auxiliary machines to produce different
diameter PE, PP, ABS pipes for gas, water-supply, sewage, and chemical use.
The production lines are advanced designed, high automation level and steady performance.

3.PP-R Pipe Production Line
The production line chooses single-screw stem extruder of different structure and
different diameter specification and is equipped with corresponding mold vacuum
sizing, drawing, and other auxiliary machines.
Features common extruding method of single machines compounding multiple-machine
to carry out continuous production of various specification pipe materials. It has
characteristics of advanced design, steady performance, and convenient operation.

4. PVC Double Pipe Extruder Line
The production line adopts 51, 55 or 65 cone double-screw-stem extruder
and is equipped with a set of two-cavity mould and corresponding two-position
vacuum sizing box, draw machine, two-pipe cutter and other auxiliary machines.
It is an ideal piece of equipment for producing small-diameter wire pipe and wire
channel. The production line has characteristics, such as advanced design, high-
efficiency output, and steady performance.
