1. Mechanical characteristics:

High rigidity and stability configuration.

Stable C-shaped structure through FEA makes rigidity of machine bed better. Sufficient heat-balance consideration assures high precision realized.

Wide bed of cast iron with high intension used the closed triangle reinforce to assure machine with stable and tough base.

Large-scaled axis of U, V and Z which used the large cast and ball-screw and linear guideway with high rigidity, is installed on the vertical shaft of high rigidity. The linear guideway is installed inside of horizontal surface to keep the pressing stress and assure stability. Machining precision also can be assured completely even if the machine works under the condition of high tension of electrode wire and strong water pressure machining.

Working table is equipped marble material which is hard to rust, erosion and distortion, can keep the stability for long time.

4. UNIT design

Driving control uses advanced and half-integrated servo control which means the controller signal controls towards the back of driver directly to improve the response of servo system.
